FrDict is made by the team behind FreeTCF (https://freetcf.com). 3,000 high-frequency words ranked by how often they appear in real TCF questions. Daily word cards, spaced repetition and six practice modes, and every word shows the test question it came from. Already a FreeTCF Pro member? - Daily word cards: Words in order of how often they appear in real questions. Nouns come with their article, verbs with conjugations, and the daily goal goes from 5 to 50.
- Spaced repetition: The FSRS memory algorithm schedules reviews and reminds you just before you forget, with four rating levels.
- Six practice modes: Flashcards, guess the meaning, match definitions, fill in real test sentences, spelling and verb conjugation, plus a random mix.
- Step by step or by topic: 100 chapters of 30 words to work through in order, or study by topic: housing, work, transport and more.

Entries come from the open dictionaries Wiktionnaire and Lexique 3, and test sources from the FreeTCF question bank, so you can see which test and question used the word and how.

## FAQ

### How is FrDict related to FreeTCF?

FrDict is made by the FreeTCF team, and its test sources come from the FreeTCF question bank. You can sign in with your FreeTCF account, and FreeTCF Pro members get FrDict Pro too.

### Can I use it without signing in?

Yes. Daily cards, reviews and most practice modes work without an account, and your word list stays on your phone. You only need to sign in to get Pro and sync your word list to the cloud.

### How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

### How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Me → Account & backup → Delete account, or email support@frdict.com and we will delete everything within 30 days.
